Issues in Old Web Design:

As you can see in the above image, except the blog section, the rest of the pages were static and not capable of illustrating the specific services they wanted to promote through their website. Updating content regularly has been also an issue and there was a need for a well-structured website capable of presenting information in different priorities for the suburbs of Australia where they provide services.

Issues like low loading speed, browser incompatibilities, lack of SEO friendly architecture has been discovered during pre-analysis, which has strongly recommend the complete website redesign which fulfill basic and the additional objectives client wanted to achieve through the website.

Branding:

The client owns a franchise of real estate giant Stockdale and Leggo and he is very popular and has a good reputation as the owner of that franchise in Croydon. So the new Website Design should clearly appeal same branding and logo of Stockdale and Leggo. As a result, we come up with the website design which can be identified as a sister site of Stockdale and Leggo at first sight and fulfills branding objective clearly.

Presenting company profile, featuring real estate services, placing company video, projects that have been completed in the past, advertising banners, presenting real estate magazine published every end of the month and small content featuring information about the clients’ team were some objectives associated with the design of the home page.

Covering Insight of Real Estate Industry:

Along with sales based content for each service, extra space for content in the form of images, Pie chart, video, maps are needed to provide complete insight of real estate industry of different suburb in Australia. As a result, we come up with the front section of a webpage comprises of this information, which is truly built to –present industry trends without any financial intention.

This section present information in HTML Tabs which can be crawled easily by search engine and clearly visible to users as well. This section also helps client establishing his image as an “Expert Realtor” in different suburbs they provide services.

Presenting a Huge Content, Describing the General and Service Related Information on Single Page

What are the things you observe or want to know when you are planning for property investment or renting your new home in specific suburb? This section provides complete information on suburb profile comprising of content like general information, list of properties available for sale or rent, service based content for property investment & Property management, information on nearby entertainment places, schools, restaurants, clubs and options for accommodation.

As you can see in below snapshot, all this information is presented nicely with vertical tabs as per the priority assigned by client. Furthermore, navigation to main services are presented as “HTML Button” below the demographic report, clicking on those buttons gets visitors directly to that section.

Updating Content of Website Regularly

As content plays an equivalent role in converting visitors into customers and getting higher visibility in search engine for targeted keywords. A blog built with WordPress is delivered which allow clients to publish news, important information or tips about property investment or real estate industry.
