7 Must-Know Web Design Trends in 2016
Well, 2015 is finally getting laid to rest as 2016 takes its place. As is the tradition, life must go on. And it is easier if we have some idea of what to expect. Questions abound about what new...
Also noted that Sam Roshan (Director) & other employees (Chris Mizeracki) have self rated 5 stars.
Initial contact was prompt & we were given promising targets with Sam Roshan. We invested in both PPC & SEO - most of the copy and all ads were written by us so their only PPC 25% management fee was to keep the account active.
SEO: poorly delivered from the get-go. After almost a year we saw almost no result with each monthly update on Basecamp promising better results for the next month. It was so poorly done that we were offered 3 MONTHS FREE SEO work to make up for for our troubles. Following this there continued to be no progression. Every update call we received it was to hear, "this month we have this great idea what will do so and so".
PPC: Chris Mizeracki was great to work with and it is unfortunate that we have had to leave him. Since ceasing our service contract, eTraffic have held our AdWords account from us even though we opened the initial account and created all the Ads ourselves prior to their management. They have given themselves admin access and removed ours. After calling the company several times, multiple emails and SMSs to Sam Roshan himself we have been left in the dark. We have been locked out of the Adwords account for almost a month - with the understanding of how this effects our business eTraffic could not care less now that they are unable to take funds from us.
The above reflects a poorly managed company who feeds off monthly fees and excuses to drag on payments from clients. They are very unprofessional and I would not recommend them to any business.
