Paul Fenech is the owner of a Stockdale and Leggo real estate franchise in Croydon. His site paulfenech.com.au is designed to showcase real estate investment and property management services. Paul wanted a new site since his existing site was not aesthetically appealing and it had static pages that were unable to effectively showcase his services, amongst other issues.
The existing site had static pages that were incapable of adequately showcasing company services. Content updates were a persistent issue and could not be facilitated with ease. The structure and navigation of the existing site were poor. The site had a very slow load time, making it unusable on mobile devices. On-page SEO was poor so the existing site did not do well in Search Engines. Branding was also mentioned by the client as a priority. The client agreed that a complete site redesign was in order.
To enhance branding we designed a site which is identifiable as a Stockdale & Leggo sister site. Clearly fulfilling the branding objective. The site was designed responsively to enhance its mobile usability. We designed a dynamic site that permits the client to update or edit any portion of the site using a WordPress CMS. A blog was added to the site to facilitate regular content updates in various suburb categories. Clear call-to-action functions were implemented to facilitate visitor actions. Site load time was improved significantly and the entire site was optimised for SEO.
I felt compelled to write this letter expressing how pleased I am with the results by Sam. After being completely knocked off Google overnight, we were faced with a serious situation. We attempted to overcome ourselves but after 4 weeks of being unsuccessful, we contacted eTraffic. Within weeks, we were back on top of all the major search terms pertinent to our business. In addition, we even ranked higher for phrases that previously never showed on the 1st page of Google. These are highly competitive phrases that we feared would never rank again.Paul Fenech, Stockdale & Leggo
